We are looking for candidates who are passionate about

募集職種 Cabin Crew
職務内容
・Perform cabin safety
duties in the aircraft, provide high quality passenger service and pursue the
best customer satisfaction.
・Employment Type:
Fixed-term Training &
Employment Agreement for 3 years. After the expiry of the agreement, the renewal
or moving to permanent employment will be evaluated according to personal wishes
and work performance.
勤務地
・Home Base: Tokyo or Osaka
・Training Venue: STARLUX Operation Center (Taoyuan, Taiwan) which will
bespecified in onboard notification.
採用人数
56 or more people.
勤務時間
・Perform duty per work roster and may work on national
holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
・May be assigned to work on night time
(between the hours of ten o’clock in the evening and five o’clock the following
morning).

応募資格
Possess the legal right to work in Japan.
・Education:
Graduated from domestic or foreign colleges/universities
recognized by MEXT.
(graduated in March 2024 is also applicable)
・English proficiency:
Must provide a transcript
or certificate of English proficiency test.
Minimum score requirements:
1. TOEIC (Listening & Reading)-600
2. BULATS-45
3. EIKEN-Grade 2
4.
TOEFL iBT-64
5. TOEFL ITP-480
6. IELTS-4.5
7. Linguaskill -145
※Remarks: You are suggested to provide the up-to-date English proficiency
transcript/certificate even there is no restriction to its expiration date. The
interview qualification will be voided if you are unable to offer a valid
English proficiency transcript/certificate on the date of onsite interview.
・Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes for carrying out cabin
safety duties.
・Vision: At least 0.1 without glasses/contact lenses;
over 1.0 with glasses/contactlenses.
・Be able to participate training in
Taiwan during Apr.~Jul. 2024.
・Be able to commute to Narita
International Airport within 90 minutes by publictransportation.
Required
Documents for Onsite Interview:
・Japanese Citizen: Driving License or
passport.
Non-Japanese Citizen: Permission for Permanent
Residence.
・Degree of highest level of education.(If you do not have graduation certificate yet, please provide a certificate of enrollment in final year or a temporary graduation certificate issued by school.)
・Transcript or
certificate of English proficiency test.
・Personal Data Use Agreement
with interviewee’s signature (the blank pdf form will be provided via invitation
email for interviewee’s downloading).
・Please provide original copies of
all the aforementioned documents. They will be returned upon verification except
Personal Data Use Agreement. Any missing documents may result in
disqualification for interview.

・A successful application requires uploading a video via YouTube. The
details are asbelow.
1. Film a self introdution video both in English and
Japanese for 30 seconds on each. The whole video is not exceeded 1 minute.
2. Make sure your whole face is facing the camera, and your upper body is in
the middle of the screen. This video presents the best of you, including light,
angle, pixels and the content.
3. Fill the URL of your video link in the
column of "Video URL Link".

Interview Information:
Interview invitations
will be sent to shortlisted applicants.

・Venue of Onsite Interview: To be
decided. (In Tokyo)
・The confirmed interview date and time will be shown
in the interview invitation.

Briefing > Onboard notification
・Online Interview: An invitation will be delivered to designated applicants per Company's discretion.
・Onsite
Interview & Written Test: An invitation will be sent to shortlisted applicants. The qualified applicants will have to submit
required documents for verification.
・Medical Check: For those who
receive a notification email from us, please complete the medical check per
instructions.
・Offer letter&Pre-Job Briefing: Based on a comprehensive assessment of interview results, an offer letter will be provided to shortlisted candidates and invited to participate Pre-Job briefing in Tokyo.
・Onboard notification: An Onboard notification will be sent to those who participate Pre-Job Briefing and submit required documents on site.

・Any false information in the application will result
in automatic disqualification.
・Training and probation will be ceased
for those who fail the appraisals in the initial training and probationary
period.
・STARLUX Airlines cabin crew need to use portable iOS devices to
upload and download related information during training and while on duty. You
will need to bring your own iOS devices and cellular network.
・STARLUX
Airlines does not collaborate with any institutions for recruitmentpurposes and
does not obtain personal data through Line, Facebook, Wechat, or other
unofficial channels.
・Any forms of lobbying will lead to automatic
disqualification.
